RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Mini Goldie Pups, we are committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our Mini Groodle puppies and the satisfaction of our customers. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations concerning returns, refunds, and guarantees, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Cooling-Off Period
We offer a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase:
Days 1–3: If you choose to return the puppy for any reason not related to health, we will refund 75% of the purchase price.
Days 4–7: Returns made during this period will receive a 50% refund.
Please note that all transportation and associated costs for returning the puppy are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Health Guarantee
We provide a comprehensive health guarantee for our puppies:
Initial Health Guarantee: If, within 21 days of purchase, a licensed veterinarian certifies that the puppy has a health condition making it unsuitable as a pet, we will offer a 100% refund upon return of the puppy.
Extended Genetic Health Guarantee: Should the puppy develop a hereditary condition within 3 years of purchase that is traceable to our breeding practices, we will provide a full refund or a replacement puppy, subject to availability. This is contingent upon receiving a detailed veterinary report confirming the hereditary nature of the condition.
3. Rehoming Policy
Understanding that circumstances can change, we offer a lifetime rehoming service. If you are unable to care for your Mini Groodle at any point, we will assist in finding a suitable new home for the puppy. While refunds are not provided in such cases, our priority is the continued well-being of the dog.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:
Change of Mind: Deciding against keeping the puppy without any health-related reasons.
Injuries or Illnesses Post-Purchase: Health issues arising from accidents, negligence, or conditions not present at the time of sale.
Failure to Seek Timely Veterinary Care: Not obtaining prompt medical attention for the puppy when needed.
Use of Certain Medications: Administration of medications known to cause adverse reactions in dogs, such as specific tick prevention drugs, may void the health guarantee.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return or refund:
Contact Us: Reach out within the applicable time frame, providing details of the issue.
Provide Documentation: Submit any required veterinary reports or certifications.
Arrange Return: Coordinate the return of the puppy to our facility. Transportation costs are borne by the buyer.
Processing: Upon receiving the puppy and necessary documentation, we will process the refund or arrange for a replacement as per the terms outlined above.
6. Additional Notes
Record Keeping: Maintain all receipts, veterinary records, and correspondence related to the purchase and health of your puppy.
Consumer Rights: This policy is designed to complement your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, not replace them. For more information, visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
